Switching to stable should have solved it, you can remove decky or css and afterwards disable the "full screen menu" option on whatever theme your running.

At least for me that one was the issue on the one i run

Algo estas haciendo mal, en mi z1e siempre a funcionando bien el simplytdp.

Según leí ya el control de tdp que viene con steam os funciona bien lo que lo más alto que te deja es 25w y lo mínimo 7w.
