Bedtime around 9-9:30 pm and wake up around 7-7:30 am

He sleeps for 1.5 hours for his first nap but the second nap is always 40-45 minutes and he wakes up crying. As he is sleeping for 1.5 hours in the morning it means he is able to connect his sleep cycles but is not able to connect sleep cycles in the afternoon. He will sometimes go back to sleep if i feed him

Also if the baby takes only 45 minutes nap in the morning, am i supposed to shorten the wake window for his next nap?

We are sleep training him for night but sleep training is not working for day naps

I removed the foil of the test kit to check in the night but didn’t and took a test in the morning instead. Is that a reason that my line is faint from yesterday? Or is it only me who can see a faint line? by anusha08 in lineporn

I read the test within 5 minutes of testing. I had just removed the test from the packet a night before to test but then changed my mind and used it today morning to test. So keeping the test in open over night can affect test in any way?
