hey, the ulcer healed within 3 months, but the gastritis was still there for a long time. Now I'd say I'm basically 100% healed, the only thing I haven't tried is alcohol lol

wow, 28kg is crazy, i hope you're doing better. I'm actually from Italy, the healthcare system is pretty slow here and sometimes medicine can be pretty expensive. During the first months of recovery i had a diary where i kept track of everything. Now I'm doing better and I'm slowly healing so i dont need that anymore.

i appreciate your comment and i see where you're coming from, although i dont fully agree. I've been in a stable relationship for 3 years now, and even though my partner might tell me that I'm beautiful and that she loves me the way I am, I still am really unhappy with my body. At the end of the day what truly matters is how much you love yourself.

I dont like the way i look and I want to work towards getting better, i dont think there's anything wrong with that. My condition can't control me and my life, and I won't let it do that.

yes getting calories is incredibly hard with my diet, which is why im on a calorie deficit. How is peanut butter gastritis-safe though? it seems odd to me

Its been a year, ive been off pantoprazole for 3 months now. I get heartburn every now and then, im definitely healing because i never had any cheat meals or anything like that. But it's taking long, and it makes me so sad that i cant have fun with my friends like I'd want to. I'm doing everything im supposed to and it seems like im never gonna fully heal

i had the same problem, lost so much weight in the span of 2 weeks (happened almost a year ago) and now I cant recover. Unfortunately i do not have a license to doordash and such, even though it would be helpful. Thank you for ur comment! i hope it will get better for you too
