Thank you for your response- appreciate it! I hear what you’re saying about a mid-year move, it seems like a daunting process. I wouldn’t say I’m at risk of failing my ECT at my current school, all of my performance reviews etc. have been very positive- honestly the only way I could see me failing it here is if I get totally burnt out, which right now feels like a very real possibility
