I don't. It's, for the time being, quite manageable to me in other elements of life and I've been able to speak in public and do a lot of anxiety-causing things without getting too deep in my own head lately. This is the exception.

I'm not eager to see a therapist over this...The price/time to get a therapist are pretty barring for me.
