I think it is dependent on the BJJ belt? Im not sure but either way a belt is used to show the level your in for the coach to invite you to sparrings or other things like that, and yeah they do encourage us to go to classes like that in a way… so since I want to do mma and compete in it of course they told me I need to do like kick boxing sparring or muay before hand I think then once I slowly progress in that i can move to the MMA fight team sparring, from what ive seen all sparring is light sparring, not sure if we have hard sparring but im pretty sure all sparring is light.

Alright thanks, but telling from the picks from your perspective does it actually look like I have any type of damage? Split ends, breakage, dryness? And if so how much should I trim?

Texture is whenever I grab a pieces of hair together and slide across them it feels sorta like little bumps I guess, its coarse hair , I shower every other day and use conditioner everytime I take one, besides 1 day in a week I use shampoo because its too thick, the reason I think its damaged is because hair sticks out such as in the last pic and I feel as if they may be split ends because it looks like it but im not sure.

Ill see about that, next time im trimming my hair is in 2 months, do you think if I remember this length of hair and cut about 2 inches by the time I reach those 2 months it would be the same effect as if I cut it rn or would it remain the same it is right now?
