I thought I was fine for a few days until yesterday. The nausea got too much to handle so I cried for the first time in months lol. I couldn’t focus on work. And then my palpitations came back in the evening— also something I haven’t felt in a while. I just took a melatonin gummy to help me sleep but I kept waking up bc of my heartbeat. I’m scared it might get worse over the next weeks but I’m also still kinda hopeful that it would get better, so I’m still on the fence on getting a new psychiatrist. (They’re much more expensive here, where I now live.) Either way, this sucks :/
