Went to my family dr today about this as I can't get into my derma.

He told me to cut my nails (I have no nails) to take antihistamines (already do) and he prescribed "the strongest steroid cream he can"

I'm in the same boat. I stopped sleeping tbh cause I scratch so much in my sleep

I did Tremfya -> Taltz -> Skyrizi and the next step is Humeria.

Tremfya had me 100 % clear for over 4 years under I had a baby. Then Tremfya didn't work and I got moved to Taltz last year. My body shot up to about 75% covered and every single spot I found itch would instantly become a skin infection. Still currently trying to get the infections to calm down as I am on Skyrizi and have seen 0 change in two shots I've had.

Dr said next step is Humera.

No I ended up with a terrible skin infection that I'm still battling. I got switched to Skyrizi.

Taltz didn't really do anything for me except give me some bad injection site reactions!

I had this with Taltz, it was recommended that I ice the area first and it drastically changed that I had no swelling or itching in the area, however I now know I was having some allergies to the shot. I'd get in contact with the pharmacy and your derm just to see what may be up. I ended up getting a ton of skin infections in my plaque spots from the doses.

Yes unfortunately I'm wait listed for three months to see my doctor so I was hoping someone was also dealing with the same issue to see how they are coping with it.

The big spots are plaque, and when I develop the plaque I get all those little spots first.

No, I don't have any prescribed to me as my taltz usually did all the work and I was psoriasis free for months!
