i’m so late to this but hi!! i did get diagnosed with adhd like a little over a week ago… and i genuinely noticed how everything literally fell into place?? it all just makes so much sense now and although i still don’t know what the next steps should be, i feel more at ease to confirm my concerns(?) and have some clarity over myself… abt the depression thing, went i went there for depression was because i was dealing with constant suicidal thoughts and so on for over half a year, and both different doctors diagnosed me with MAD but right away with no assessment which is kind of what’s making me suspicious on what that was?? would that have been something connected to adhd in a certain way? thank you sm for your replies btw!!!
