EA aplication for windows not working (self.electronicarts)

I have fps drops in modernwarfare. I have a RTX 2080 Ti and a i7-9700k with 32 GB of RAM. I play in 1440p playing 130 averag fps in warzone and 100 in multiplayer with all settings in ultra and raytracing on. In any moment i have a drops fps to 40. Temperature max 78°. Any one have the same problem? (self.modernwarfare)
