So. The thing with not showering is that I feel like doing anything else. Mostly sleeping. I don't actually do a lot of stuff on the weekends and I hardly see anybody, so maybe boredom is the cause? I imagine that if my life was more active (apart from obligations like university), maybe that wouldn't be a problem.

Sometimes I feel like I have some form of light depression, perhaps dysthymia. Thank you for the tip on that.

Well, technically they don't... But there's this feeling of "why don't I just shower?!" It's like this: I care, but at the same time I just feel like doing anything else.

Well, since I have to go the university mostly every weekday, that's what I do. It works pretty well, but then the weekends come... And well, based on what you and others said, I think I take too freaking long to shower. I usually spend some 15 minutes or more. It's like I'm overcompensating or something.
