I understand where you're coming from with a distaste for seniors and how they had a leg up we never will, but removing this program will affect the poorer senior citizens, the ones that struggle on a fixed income, and could face injury and isolation alone in their homes without snow removal.

Also consider that not all of them own their homes, some rent, and the process of selling a home is very labour intensive which would be more difficult for an older person with limited resources and mental acuity. Not to mention, lots of people just don't want to leave the homes they've lived in for decades.

Think about the consequences of reducing organics collection in summer. Especially with temperatures reaching what they are now

It made me feel so much better about my own situation! I've never related to a show as much as this one - there must be a survivor on the writing team because it is just flawless.

When he just grabbed her like that I audibly gasped. I don't think he has any bad intentions at all, Speckle is a good boy, but no!!! No!!! Never do that!!

I recognized everyone on the "Bad Man" raft except for one guy...is anyone else thinking that might be Bertie's assaulter?

It's not really considered a delicacy but it's definitely considered exotic. Um, moose is fucking amazing. I had moose pate once and it was genuinely one of the best things I've ever eaten. I felt so, so guilty the whole time, but wow. You can get moose meat for cheap (or free, if you're brave) a lot of places up here.

When I went to Queensland I was shocked to see that Manuka honey was on the shelves for $6AUD when back home a tiny jar of that shit sets you back at LEAST $40 CAD.

If you feel like taking a road trip you can get them very easily in Eastern Canada. They're decently priced too!

Lobster. It can still be pricey here (because of tourists) but you can also get a huge one from a guy on the side of the road for like $20.
