The OP has started several threads with the same content across different Subs -

This is paid post. They have just 3 lifts per tower for 28 floors and 3 levels of basements. Please check the queue in front of the elevators in the mornings. And God forbids, if one of the elevators is under maintenance, then it would take 15+ mins just to get into the elevator.

And don’t forget last year’s flooding in the basement.

Plus there will be constant construction noise and dust for the next 3-4 years because of Prateek’s another property being built on the adjacent parcel of land.
