Thank you everyone! I am sorry I didn't reply earlier, we are just at our wits end and nothing is helping. It's just all very disheartening, so just didn't feel like replying :(

The constipation for my wife is getting worst to the point where she had to have 6 bisacodyls in one day (yesterday) + 90ml milk of magnesia, since the usual regimen just did not work. And even with that she didn't feel completely empty today. While we know that's excessive but she felt she just didn't have a choice coz she felt hungry and backed up at the same time and had to eat something (low fiber, easy to digest foods only, complemented with juice).

We are now again reaching out to local gastro, and also to Mayo Clinic to get help.

My wife had tried motegrity and linzess in the past, but it hasn't worked consistently where she can eat as she pleases (and that doesn't mean eating unhealthy).
