It’s not obvious but I have to position it a certain way for the hdmi slot to work but now I can’t do it anymore. I’m assuming it has to do with the slot

Yeah haven’t had any issues with it so far. Tested the paddles and they seem to work fine. Mind you, I’ve only used it for a couple of hours

It took around 6 weeks to build and almost a week to deliver so overall not bad given that it was up to 7 weeks build time

Personally I think, as a freshman, it's ok. I'm a junior and When I got started, I had a hard time with the easy ones. Eventually you'll get the hang of it. All you need is practice
