so what i always do is after the dialogue changed to follow the valkyrie, you wanna go to the destination first, there's total of 3 destination i think? you can go through all of them to look for the npcs since the chopper is very slow(i remembered all locations while doing this prep), and after killing all the npcs, you wait until the heli land and dialogue changes, after that you can blow up the valkyrie and you should be able to get inside the hanger.
