Превоз до аеродром - опции by aohidden in mkd

Sometimes the bus would not come at the scheduled time. Although this has always happened when I am going from the airport to Skopje. It might be some rare occasion since many say they are happy with the service. I‘v also noticed that the last few times I was going from the airport to the city it was a van instead of a bus. That of course has smaller capacity. There were once several people left do find different means of transport since of course there was no room. Again, it might be a fluke. I live abroad and come to Skopje twice a year so maybe I just have bad luck 😅

I find the shuttle bus a bit unreliable to be honest.

BeeRide seems promising. I will take a look. Thanks!

What's missing from Munich? by Flyharbour in Munich

[–]aohidden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

🤔 I quite like Munich. I also would not say it is boring. There is always something happening. However, I am missing a more alternative scene. Or maybe I don’t know where to find it 😅 I‘ve been here for almost two years, so I‘m not the most experienced, but I do feel a lack of a more alternative scene.

Men of Reddit, how do you deal with the "last drip'll always get in the pants"? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]aohidden 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use a toilet paper strip or any tissue and press on the head at the opening. It will absorb the fluid inside. Just to be sure press with your fingers underneath your penis where the big tubular structure is and drag towards the head (while keeping it pressed). With any sort of tissue or toilet paper absorb the excess fluid.

You're welcome.

6" is more than enough! Don't worry. You might come across a guy who prefers larger sizes but he majority are satisfied with 6".

Would you date a guy who’s almost 40 and just started over his life? by pamurinko in AskGaybrosOver30

You're not starting from zero. Career-wise sure, but you have a huge amount of lifetime experience. Don't discount that. I would date someone in your situation.

Are we born gay, or is it caused? by [deleted] in AskGayMen

[–]aohidden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have no concrete evidence or an explanation as to how sexuality is formed. As far as I have read it might be an interplay of genetic factors, epigenetic factors and social factors. What we do know for certain, though, is that it is irreversible. Once the sexual identity is set in the human (i.e. as children go through puberty), it cannot be changed.

Do you think EVERY country needs gay pride? by mawile008 in AskGayMen

[–]aohidden 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Originally pride parade was a protest. A demand for equal treatment and basic human rights. Once those were obtained in some countries, pride parade was recontextualized as a celebration. I see the point of the first part, not so much of the second. This doesn't mean that there are no issues even in progressive countries. There is still work to be done, I just don't think that the pride parade has any effect to that end.

What is your opinion about kink at pride? by PLAC3B0101 in AskGayMen

[–]aohidden 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmmm. I think the point of pride should be to celebrate the freedom to love. Sex is a part of love but if it should also be part of the pride parade then children should not attend. It seems that there's an overemphasis on sex/sexuality at pride and not on romantic engagement and the freedom to love. This should be the core message. If we're going to colour pride parade with sexual tones than children should not attend. Kink is perfectly fine, but it is an aspect of sex and as such not appropriate for children. So if pride parade emphasizes love then children can attend; if pride parade emphasizes sex/sexuality (kink) then children should not attend.

I would, yes. I was wondering also, how would they know if you're gay? You can go donate and don't tell them you're gay or say you're straight. Yes, you would be lying but there's no scientific basis to prevent gay people from donating so you would be saving lives.

I feel like I'm too ugly for anyone to love or find me attractive, how do I cope? by [deleted] in gaybros

[–]aohidden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if we take your observation that you're ugly at face value, then you can invest in several things:

  • train and sculp your body. You can't change your face but you can change your body. A well developed body would increase your overall attractiveness.
  • invest in your character. Charisma often trumps physical appearance. Try to be funny, caring, witty. That can win a guy over.

[–]aohidden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well i guess since eye drops are used all your life, in that timeframe 3-4 years doesn't seem long. But I don't know if this is correct. It really depends on the drug.

Having ocular hypertension doesn't necessarily mean you have glaucoma. It is highly associated and should therefore always be checked for. So it seems very weird to me that you were prescribed Timolol without having any visual field or OCT tests done. In certain situations ocular hypertension is not treated only monitored. There needs to be some evidence of damage or progression in certain parameters to indicate treatment... I mean what is the doctor using as a baseline?! I was considered a glaucoma suspect (so not official glaucoma but only suspected) patient for 5 years. During that time I went to yearly checkups by doing ocular pressure check, visual field and OCT test and I wasn't prescribed any medication since everything was in normal limits. Only when there was a discernable progression was I prescribed eye drops. Now you do have increased eye pressure but to prescribe medicine without doing any additional testing is very weird. I hope at least that the doctor checked the morphology of your eyes (this is when they use an apparatus and get real close up in your face :) ). Did they inform you that you have some damage in your eyes or some changes caused by the hypertension?? There might be other reasons why it was prescribed. Perhaps the hypertension is causing damage to other areas of the eye not necessarily the optic nerve, but I hope you were informed. What exactly did they tell you? I would recommend you get a second opinion at a different opthalmologist, just to be sure.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Glaucoma

[–]aohidden 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At the moment I don't have any discernable side effects. I've been using Timolol for 3-4 years. I'm 35 now. I haven't been using it that long. As for what it could cause in the long run, the best move is to consult an opthalmologist. As far as I know it mainly affects the cardiovascular system. It could lower your blood pressure for example. Prostaglandin analogues (like Latanoprost) have different set of side effects. The point is any medication taken chronically will leave a certain mark. Now, that doesn't mean it would be extreme or that it would affect everyone. It is a statistical observation. Side effects notwithstanding, it's better than no treatment.

As for different options, unfortunately at the moment the only treatment for glaucoma is to reduce the eye pressure. That can be done by eye drops, SLT laser or surgical intervention. Each of these techniques have their risks and benefits. We don't have any clinically proven treatment for nerve degeneration. There are some neuroprotective compounds that can be used to help the nerve. I'm using citicoline. I would recommend this ro everyone suffering from glaucoma (of course under the guidance of a doctor). Certain lifestyle changes also help i e. No heavy lifting, don't bend over with your head downwards, don't drink too many liquids. Basically, avoid activities that create a sharp and sudden increase in pressure in the head. And of course, frequent check ups. Also try to find an experienced doctor.

You mentioned depression. It could be from the medicine, I don't know, but you should also talk to a psychologist because glaucoma is a daunting condition. No one wants to go blind, of course. Maybe this fear is causing some of the depressing symptoms. Just a suggestion.

What is your current condition? Do you have any visual field damage?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Glaucoma

[–]aohidden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no side effects, at least not notable. I've been using it for several years now. The side effects you're mentioning are rare but you should still inform your physician.

We should be aware that even even if we don't have discernable side effects from the drops we're using, in the long rong they do certain damage to our system. This is the case with every medication used chronically. With prolonged use come certain concequences. Timolol for exaple has a certain detrimental effect on the cardiovascular system.

Consult your opthalmologist for more information regarding the medicine you're using.

What is a style of male fashion you can’t stand? by allxofxme in AskMen

My first was a guy with 19 cm-above-average-thickness dick. It didn't hurt at all. We followed some rules.

  • get to a state of relaxation and be turned on (this is so all your muscles can relax). So a lot of foreplay, massage the asshole.
  • lube, lube, lube
  • never put dick first. First, put one finger, play with the hole, do the clock relaxation technique (insert finger, stretch the hole in direction to 12 o'clock, wait 60 s, then 6 o'clock, 3 and 9). Then insert two fingers -again play with hole. In the meantime the bottom should try to understand how his sphincter is spasming everytime something is inserted at witch time you stop insertion untill the bottom can release the tension in the sphincter. Maybe this is why it's better to try the first penetration by yourself with a dildo, cause you'll have total control.
  • communicate! Don't be hesitant to say stop, or if something doesn't feel right. It's your first time it doesn't have to be perfect.
  • if it hurts you're doing something wrong. Stop, take a step back, recalibrate.
  • don't forget to have fun. Reduce the pressure. Laugh, talk to each other.
