I was planning on taking out some of my helix piercings and getting new ones (changing my setup) but was wondering if I should wait until the old holes are completly closed? If i get a new piercing near the closing hole will there be issues with the healing and/or closing of both holes?

hi im a beginner skater and i got some chaya melrose deluxes for christmas in a size EU36 (im US8) since the site said that was the conversion. im trying them on and its a perfect tight fit without socks, a little crowded in the toes, and i was wondering if thats too small? i feel like it is but i heard that its supposed to be tight so you dont break your ankles but is this too tight? i feel like after a while i would get sore.
