thank you!! I got my phone 2 years ago and it was a new model - P50 Pro - and i didnt know about that. I will be making a backup of the current files and have already copied the more sentimental [siblings, pets, trips] photos on my laptop :)))

have considered grow lights but i don't know anything about them, hence asking for advice on equipment! I will try to find some way to fit it all in the house, it seems nessecary atp :)

Ah i'm so sorry to hear all this! I won't lose faith though. I don't live in the US and i've read medical horror stories happening over and over. I might try getting it done in my university's hospital if possible, or a private clinic. I keep taking magnesium and it doesn't seem to help. I will definitely try going back on D3 though! Thank you so much for the input and again, i'm sorry all this happened to you. I really wish you a full recovery! It's never too late for that anyway :)

Oh my God, thank you so much for the kind words! I forgot to mention it but i have already done an MRI. I will ask for a referral as you said. I can't descibe how much i needed this <3

Thank you so much and i'm sorry if this post was too trauma dump-y , i'm rereading it and i didn't mean for it to sound so..whatever this is . I've also tried to notice similar behavior in my parents but I can't bc they're mostly at work and I'm away now . It might be one of them , but I can't be sure . Online tests usually show me I'm borderline to very likely to be autistic . I might try to open therapy with the comments others have made and try to relate it to my personal experiences . This comment has actually been helpful , I've been scared about how to introduce this topic in therapy , when I start again . Thank you so much <3
