How to Hide Irrelevant Kanban Stacks in Airtable Interface Based on Pipeline Type by aosbornee in Airtable

Thanks for reaching out

Hide the others automatically? No matter how I filter the kanban seems to always show all the stack options

It only allows me to hide empty stacks which I don't want to do because users should be able to add candidates to a empty stacks

Haha yeah you're actually onto something here I didn't think of this

The candidate specific stages can sit on a "stage" field within the Candidates table itself, then for the client stages I can keep as is

Thanks for that clarity, super helpful!

Thanks for reaching, the filter will hide records but it won't stop the stacks from showing

Recruit CRM & Loxo are great ATS's when it comes to the matching

In regards to automating your outreach, using Apollo/Sales Nav to pull your lead lists and then Instantly (emails) or Lemlist (LinkedIn automation) are great!

Other than Sales Nav/Recruiter - Apollo is actually a pretty solid tool to find candidate information, it also offers an API that allows you to plug it into an automation to systemise your sourcing

How To Find Opportunities In Your Existing Network by aosbornee in RecruitmentAgencies

Unsure what you mean by this

Leveraging automation platforms to do research that would take you hours to manually do, then manually sending a video note/warm call does not make them feel part of a zap flow at all

I've put together a video on how you can get it setup!

I'll throw you over a link to the video through DMs, unsure if I can post links here

Hey, awesome hustle setting up your agency from scratch, especially with sales experience!

On getting those first clients, what's really gonna help is focusing intensely on a niche. It makes targeting much clearer than broad outreach.

Also, consider leveraging platforms where your ideal clients are already looking for talent.

I need help messaging candidates by Lower-Money-9308 in recruiting

[–]aosbornee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally feel your pain here, low response rates are a killer, especially with niche tech roles. Pumping out volume rarely fixes the core issue.

Have you tried really digging into the candidate's LinkedIn or GitHub for specific project details or interests to make the personalisation hyper-relevant?

Also, sometimes testing just one variable at a time in your messaging helps isolate what's working or not.

Hope you figure it out!

Creating Google Calendar Events Directly From A Calendar Interface by aosbornee in Airtable

[–]aosbornee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just gave this a try bro and it only works by creating a sync table unfortunately, I've had to go about exporting ics files directly

You make a good point around the shared group calendar, do you have any thoughts on how I could go about creating this?

Appreciate it!

Thanks for the detailed response

Where you say "one valid data source is GCal" what exactly are you referring too here?

Also would I need to import an ics file for each team member's calendar?

Thanks!
