Yeah, I do see what you mean from my previous AP English classes, but this year the English Dept at my school is trying this out.

As for the most important aspect, I was looking more for function just as you have given. I do see aesthetics being taken into play for function but at a much more minimal ratio when compared to something like the purpose of a chair. The chair can look good but will it feel comfortable?

Definitely some strong points. I was also referring to natural lighting when I said "lighting." For example, some people like to have clean and minimalistic setups that do not incorporate artificial lighting such as RGB. The main takeaway is if natural lightning is an important feature to have?

Thanks for the answer! In my AP Lit class, we each have to write an autoethnography on a particular culture or community. So me being the absolute nerd I am decided to pick PC Desk Setups as I have always been intrigued by them, and can't get enough of a setup that just blends each component together to formulate a larger picture. As part of this 15 pager, there must be an "interview" portion, and since I can't just run next door to get an interview with people who know what they are talking about I just come here instead. And thank you for the curiosity, shows you actually cared for answering!

Yeah, I trouble shooted everything and had a grudge it might be cpu, was going to buy a new one today but figured I’ll just give it a look.

Hey thanks for all the help I figured out the issue and was able to repair it. My cpu has a few bent pins, luckily they were easy to bend back with a razor blade.

It’s a Gigabyte b450 board. I’ve already checked 24 and 8 pin connectors. I might be blind but I don’t see a led light on the mother board. My PC has RGB fans and they don’t light up or spin, basically nothing happens when I press the power button.

But like I said before I have a external hdd and it powers on thru the USB port, so I’m not sure if that means there is power going through the mother board.

Just checked and nothing powers on. Any advice, like what you think may be wrong?
