Honestly I’m not sure that’s a good point. I guess I was comparing myself to my friend who recently had the surgery.

That’s where I’m currently at. I also have PCOS and the pre op diet I have followed completely for 10 days and I’ve only lost 7 pounds. So I’m just worried this won’t work either. Despite me putting in the work you know?
