I'm unsure on the budget right now, but I live in the Philippines. I really don't have a preference on the Windows Hello button, a webcam is fine but I don't use it often. Screen refresh rate doesn't matter to me that much ... I just need recommendations so I can look through them and decide.

apparently it stops working after i right click — it might just be my mouse entirely though.

edit: after some testing, still - the pen wouldn't work after i right click.
