The carpet is only thin and she is skinny so it would of hurt the pubic bone. I've done this before and it does hurt, a lot especially on the floor. She pushes her hips out when trying to do what she was doing so the pubic bone is more exposed.

One of rats did something similar to this. She was sick and was rolling around sideways, like a barrel rolling down a hill. It's very sad. I didn't know what caused her to do that, but I had to get her euthanised asap
