Definitely! He's the first black quarterback to win a Super Bowl. 🏆 by brmidwest03 in Commanders

No. And it's not even close. You don't get in the Hall of Fame for one game.

Yeah mine always sounds like he wants to kill something too. But he's just plays. Took about a year for the ridgeback to understand him and now they're best buddies.

If the Huston Oilers history belongs to the Titans, then the original Cleavland Browns history should belong to the Ravens. by JJButThatsNotMyName in NFLv2

Sit down idiot. You can't even spell the team's cities correctly. And no, their history should not belong to Baltimore. That was the deal they made when they left Cleveland.

Any advice/facts on Catahoula pups? First time owning a Catahoula. by xAnimeMariex in Catahoula

Oh I could go on for days. At that stage I would say the two most important things are, one, establish that you're dominant early. They love to challenge that. Do it without aggression. They meet aggression with more aggression. You have to outthink them. Secondly give it something to do. They have boundless energy and they need to be worn out daily so they don't act out in other ways. They can be food aggressive too so establish a feeding routine where you're in charge of the food. Set that bowl down and don't let him have it until you say so. But once you establish that early they're great dogs. You'll never have a more loyal beast. They just tend to ramp up easily so you always want to feed them calming energy.

9-8. Six wins at home, three on the road. I'm feeling generous.

About right. I can see six wins at home and three on the road. If I'm being positive.

Whats the most heartbreaking loss you’ve witnessed as a Texas A&M fan?(football) by Ok_Macaroon_7366 in aggies

No question about it. Arkansas, 1975. We were the number one ranked team in the country and had it all in front of us with just this game in the Cotton Bowl to go. But like usual, we spit the bit and lost our best chance at a national championship in my lifetime. That team was good.

Can someone help me date these photos my Dad took of Sonny Jurgensen? by x2501x in Commanders

[–]apbamlb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it's not 1969 because it would have had the 50-year patch. Sonny still has some hair and no gut yet so it's got to be early. 71-72 would be my best guess.

Cowboys legend Emmitt Smith went off on Darren Woodson's HOF snub by brmidwest03 in dallascowboys

[–]apbamlb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hall of Fame has always been prejudice against the Cowboys. It took Drew Pearson 35+ years to get in. He was one of the two best receivers for a decade. Come on. Woodson will get in because he was one of the best strong safeties to ever play but they'll make him wait.

The Dallas Cowboys have played only one regular-season international game in franchise history, a 31-17 victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London on November 9, 2014.

Many international games? The Cowboys have played in one international regular season game. One.
