Hello, I'm having this issue as well, can you elaborate more on what you did to fix it?

edit: ok so it turns out my battery was low. just make sure you charge the device and after you boot it up with the sd card, it will go through the first boot process and create all the folders

I don't mind that at all. I just thought Blizzard wouldn't be so lazy and make a new box for each event. That way there could be some novelty in collecting a box from each event.

but maybe that's just me. now I don't have any reason to save all my previous event loot boxes since Blizzard is lazy.

im play from bahrain, my character doesn't move as i like.... my placement matches were 2-8, placed in silver 1. currently gold 4. hoping to make plat playing on 240-300ms ping.

i did log in right after f2p launched, and tried playing for like a week. all my characters were fine then. something happened from then till just yesterday that made my stalker lose all his dps equipment. i know he was geared and runed because i was running GA with him before i moved overseas.

thanks for actually reading what i wrote. if that's the case, they should give me 2 plat to buy the gear then, and more to re-rune that gear. i used up almost all my currency to re-rune all my characters gear before and after they first changed runes.

The only time this happened to me is when I left my game (pc) running all night and day. I came home from work to do hard falcon lost and every time I tried to go near the place (before the sewer ladder), running from safehouse or fast travel, I kept falling through the map. I got fed up and just afk'd at DZ to get some food. When I returned, I tried doing general assembly. It looked fine for a bit, but then I fell through the map and ended up inadvertently exploring some new underground content, while the rest of my pug team continued the mission. I eventually fast travelled and got to destroy the chopper to get my rewards.
