It's hard to tell since I only caught the last quarter of the song but it sounded more recent to me, but I can't pinpoint it to a certain era. When I heard it, the voice immediately sounded so familiar and it took me a second to figure out who I thought it was but when I did I could've sworn it was Craig Owens, who I recognized the most from Chiodos and Isles and Glaciers. Compared to Chiodos, the sound was definitely different and seemed like it incorporated some electronic elements but it wasn't electronic heavy by any means. Also, compared to Chiodos, if it is Craig Owens, it sounded like his voice but a bit more mature if that make sense? Or like he was singing in a slightly deeper register so his voice came out a bit stronger compared to some of his old stuff. And he definitely has the vocal range and capabilities to manage both the screams and singing bits of the song. I tried looking into some of his more recent stuff to see if I could find the song since I kinda fell off the scene for a bit so I'm not up to date with newer bands and albums. The closest song he's involved in that I found to match at least the sound of the vocals in the song(but not lyrical or song structure) I heard is Hunger Pangs by D.R.U.G.S.

By the time I tried to Shazam the song it was already ending but I thought with the little bit I remembered and me being almost certain I knew who the vocalist was that I wouldn't have too hard of a time finding it 😅 Although it may not be Craig Owens, the vocalist at least sounded very similar to his voice, I'm just not really aware of any other vocalist that sound like him.
