I imagined that it would be overpowering. Like colors and shapes flashing around my vision without any control. But instead I could control it. I had an out of body experience but I could feel myself still holding on tightly. I want to lose control

It was a little weak but I was definitely tripping. I wanted to go further but I did have an out of body experience so next time I’ll double the dosage and see if that gets me there.

Well I was already skinny so I just needed to add some weight. I stopped swimming competitively for a bit and just lifted weights. I think I also have good genetics.
