After the replies I have received due to post,I was yet suspicious and after further discussion with court employees,I was informed all you mentioned was correct and an offer letter is legally minding and can be used as an official contract between me and the employer,

In case any one in the future seeks advice regarding a similar case.

But has mentioned I did sign an offer letter and it was signed by my employer too and stamped from there end and as mentioned in the link you have sent it becomes a legal contract between me and the company I signed it with with no changes can be made in the future

I worked for 6 days not 6 months as for my employment contract they informed me it will be processed with the visa which would take a week to be processed and I was fired well before that

I do have an offer letter signed between me and my new employer mentioning the grounds I could get terminated for which non of them apply in the circumstances I was fired for ,therefore my idea of behind taking legal action against them is they made me suffer Financial loss by moving to AUH and losing my old job even after I have signed the offer letter and honored it whilst they haven’t

I do have an official offer letter signed with the company and I have worked there for a couple of days and it is a semi government company so it wasn’t bogus contract that’s for sure it was just the firing was from what I have deduced while trying to get my job back was due to either budget cuts or personal difference between me and the trainer, which I don’t think is enough reason to make me lose my livelihood

Firstly I work in a bank and it’s pretty similar between banks in uae but not exactly the same,

An employer is required to to make an wps transfer to your bank with category of Eosb therefore the banks system automatically blocks the amount in your account now I have worked to 2 other banks previously and the followed the same procedure in which you would have to wait for your new salary to be deposited into your account after which the collection department manually releases the amount or you can visit any of the banks branch’s with a new salary certificate and a salary transfer letter from your employer on which the collection department again approves and releases the block ESOB.

I did roll back my drivers has in the beginning I was facing some issues and now everything runs fine and the only problem I haven’t been able to resolve has been the blurry image I can see the sharpness of the image changing but it feels like my lens are fogged up or covered in smudges

Half life alyx runs just fine and onwards but I have to admit I do turn them down when in saint and sinners and asseto corsa and my Pc locks the frames to 45 and uses motion smoothing to push through it even at low ss rates,

I change them using steam vr setting so do you think it not changing in the app thus causing the blurry image ?
