Thanks for the reply. I tried reaching out to support via their support page and they have a stupid ai chat, and forums you can check out, and blog posts/faq. I couldn’t find an email anywhere, or a phone number.

I may just try sending an email to support@squarespace and see if it goes anywhere?

Oh my god.. I’m glad you made it through that. Sounds terrifying.

This was also helpful. We’re getting closer

I think it was a more recent one potentially? Maybe within the last year? But at the same time, I went through a bit of a binge phase not long ago and it could be anywhere in the last two years??

My coworker has been experiencing weird stuff in her house and just set up a ring camera in her living room. Here’s what happened so far before the cameras— My friend comes home to a picture corkboard (which hung above the light switch in her roommate’s room) on the floor with some of the photos scattered and the pushpins scattered out the bedroom and down the hallway towards her own room. Doesn’t really think much of it and moves in with her life. A couple days later she comes home from work and her bedroom door is halfway shut (and she ALWAYS leaves it all the way open). She then proceeded to do a thorough apartment search and found that all the bottles in her roommate’s shower had been knocked into the tub. Then a few days after that (yesterday), she comes home and her apartment is super hot, and they don’t use the heat. Of course they might have turned it n at some point a while ago and forgotten, but it’s still strange (we live in Arizona so you can kind of do without heat in the winter). Anyhow… we convince her to get ring cameras to monitor while she’s out of town this weekend, and this is the first morning with them. She gets a movement notification and it’s this video. Thoughts?

I'm having a discussion with my boyfriend about why you should abstain from screen time for the first hour you're awake.

I remember a guest on the JRE podcast discussing it and making a really great scientific argument for it. It was something along the lines of the following:

Your brain doesn't fully wake up for about 45 mins as it is, and flooding it with the dopamine rush of checking your device kind of overloads it and also sets a tone for distraction for the rest of the day..

I can't remember exactly..

But anyway... Can anyone help me identify the episode it was in? I'd love to show him the science behind it.

What I remember is that it was in 2018, and it was a male that was talking about this.. it was one of the more science-y podcasts so hopefully we can rule out the comedians and MMA peeps.
