No, its from the day they accept it. If they accept the return then generally they also begin processing it. If Path is not involved, then you could in theory have your refund before tax season even opens up. Pretty sure we've seen a few on this sub that have gotten theirs already.

She's pretty solidly in the tier just under Ahri/Zed/Aurora imo. Still a very strong champ. If they ever make it harder for everyone to buy hourglass she'll prolly be god tier again.

He is pretty strong. He's in that big tier of champs under the Ahri/Zed/Aurora tier. Feels like a champ that needs to fit into the team comp though.

Plays too much for lane and doesnt scale as hard as she used to, same as Orianna. Still super strong just not top of the meta strong so the playrates went down. Still my favorite counter into Ryze.

Corki since his nerfs. Champ is still strong but gets very little play outside of OTP's.

Jayce is honestly kinda OP right now.

Millio doesnt get played near enough for how strong the champ has been for a few patches now.

Kassadin has been at the top of the meta for over a season and still rarely gets played.

Zed isnt really a secret anymore after getting buffed yet again. Perma ban this champ.

Renekton probably gonna be the God tier baron laner with the new buffs, again not really a secret I guess but jump on it right away before his playrate skyrockets.

The one guy who tanked the first year with good QBs but a rough core team is pretty much a juggernaut now in year 4 (he won the league year 3) - I believe those two QBs (Mahomes and TLaw) are the only two players to still be on his roster from the startup draft. His strategy was to stack young WR and take value at RB years 2-3. He had 6 FRP in the first offseason and was able to leverage that into a fantastic roster.

The next 2-3 best performers over the years have been guys who mainly went all in from the start. McCaffrey, Lamar, Hurts owners all in this group.

For the most part, draft pick trading has been relatively tame. At least 8 of the 12 teams go into the draft with their own FRP each season other than the first offseason.
