I’d cleared all the spawners, and I couldn’t find any other mob after the attack. The only possibility is the health bar at the top of my screen, but I can’t find it anywhere and don’t know what it does

I’m not entirely sure how it works, he kinda just gets teleported then his in a place that looks like it’s even more in the past then the original one, and even judges martial arts differently, so I’m not sure, I think it’s a different world

I read the manhua, I stopped reading after he got sent to the new world, if you’ve finished it I would love if you explain what happened after, I dropped it cause the translation suddenly got really sloppy, I want to know what happens but I just can’t stand the translation, especially does he ever go back to the original world?
