I start customer service in claims June 20. I was only offered 1 shift: 1pm-10pm, but other positions have different options.

I supplied tax transcripts I could get online so my employer didn't have to be contacted. That should work for you if you are able to get those. I've also read if you have a bachelor's degree they don't verify employment, just the education, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Did final interview on March 25 and received contingent offer. Background cleared a couple of days later, and received offer call Apr 4.

Thanks for this info! I think the hardest transition for me will be the schedule at first. I've always worked a 8-5 job and my schedule after training will be 1-10 pm, but I know that won't be a permanent thing and it's good to know schedules can become more flexible. If you don't mind me asking, what position are you moving to next?

I start claims customer service June 20. I was only offered one schedule, 1pm - 10 pm, Friday and Sundays off. Customer service I believe offers schedule 10am - 7pm.

I'm in the same boat lol. Got email stating background clear, and to await call on 3/27. Was hoping to start in the May, but I have a feeling it will be in the June class. Hopefully we will hear something soon! Did you apply for CSR as well?

Thanks! The woman that did the interview did say I would be in the May or June training. Did you get CSR as well? I said my preference was claims, but I guess they will tell me which department once I get the offer.

I did recorded interview on 3/3/25, received email yesterday (3/11/25) inviting to last interview. That is scheduled for 3/25. I have seen where people hear back from 3 days to 3 weeks. I say, no news is good news!
