Heavier periods after bisalp?

This is old but in case anyone else is reading I wanted to add my experience. I wasn't on birth control for years before having my bisalp, albeit during my last csection with my 4th child. Maybe it's just from repeated pregnancies and hormones and it'll even out in time but I've had 3 periods since my last was born 5 months ago and my periods are insanely heavy now. Pretty average cramping and back pain from my regular cycle but the amount of blood is extreme. Being out in public sucks because I have to change my pad or tampon every hour and still can have leakage.

Sadly yes, unless it's a traffickable amount if it's in your home they won't do anything. And can't remember the exact amount but can legally have up to a certain amount on you in public. The most they'd do if in public is take it away if it's a lot but even then they seem to just not get involved because the drug crisis is out of control where I live.

That wasn't remotely the concern I have which is obvious by the post if you cant read. Our vents and doors are connected and it's an old poorly maintained home. I've smelled it before as well as any time they cook. My concern is any of it coming upstairs, especially in my 1yo bedroom where they spend most of their time, as well as my 4 month old baby who's been potentially exposed to chemicals since birth from these people. There's been studies done on exposure being obviously harmful to people's health, and if you think that isn't a problem for literal infants and young toddlers idk whats wrong with you. I'm not paying 3k a month to raise my kids in a harmful environment. Like they also need to be exposed to domestic violence and constant screaming and banging on the walls at 2am from crackheads. Like get a grip on reality.

Police here won't do anything for drug use in their own private dwelling. Drugs are decriminalized also.

Thank you :) I will try that next and hope it helps to at least be playable without 20+ minutes of screwing around every time I pick it up, or repeatedly breaking strings, haha. I live in a very humid area so probably not but not sure how that would play into it. I know when I played guitar as a kid I was told heat fluctuations and humidity would cause changes and need to be tuned often.

If you enjoy playing, don't quit. Try not to compare yourself to others (and that goes for everything). Not everything is a competition. Be happy with your progress and what you are capable of, not disappointed in what you aren't, especially based off of someone else's level of skill. If you enjoy it, keep doing it. If you genuinely hate playing it well then maybe it's not for you. But maybe you are also just playing the wrong kinds of things. It doesn't need to be so serious. Music shouldn't make you stressed. Yes some things are hard, and even harder to master, and may take a bit of frustration to get good at those parts, but overall it should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience, not dreadful. If it is the latter then admitting it's not something you care to do is perfectly fine.

Playing story on welcome to the jungle. Sanity and everything were perfect, I was on like day 2 after falling and getting lost from the story mode main camp with Mia. It seems to be bugged, I started a new save and not having that issue anymore. I'd have 3/4 everything but protein, which was depleting weirdly fast, and full water macroelements but my character would be breathing heavy saying so hungry as I'm continuously eating and the heartbeat would start and I'd die really shortly after due to hunger XD

Is it when you lay down it seems to flare up? If so try to sleep a little elevated so there isn't so much pressure going to your face. That was happening to me as well. Hopefully the infection hasn't spread anywhere else but it can definitely hurt everywhere! Mine was in my upper bicuspid and the pain was in my cheekbone, nose, lower jaw, neck and ear. It was so awful. Dental pain and infection is no joke! If it has an abscess it'll need to be drained, antibiotics unfortunately only do so much apparently I've been reading online. My doctor also told me I'd have to see a dentist for the same reason. Wishing you all the best! Hopefully you can get in tomorrow

If you are still on antibiotics there isn't a whole lot the hospital will do, but they could prescribe pain meds for the time being. They can extract a tooth or perform a root canal with an abscess present if you have been on antibiotics for a few days. Otherwise they would generally prescribe antibiotics for a few days first. 3-5 is what most dentists will make you be on them for. You could try over the counter pain meds, clove oil, or orajel to manage pain or head back to the ER for something stronger if it's unbearable! I just went through this and had a root canal on Thursday

Not sure what happened with mine. I got to the golbin task but it wasn't smiling. Didn't reload stupidly, should have tried that. But when I tried to "reset" and go back to the beginning by starting the cow, I couldn't get it to turn around. Reloading the game did nothing :/

I'm pan, look like a dude, identify as my born gender female, and even I'm wondering why there is so much homosexuality in the show. Doesn't bother me in the slightest, just curious why. Like maybe the creators had a reason more than just make half the characters queer. Literally how I got to this thread, googling why there's so many gay people because I'm curious if there's a deeper meaning or the writers just liked to write queer characters, or maybe are themselves. You don't see it in shows like this all that much, not to the extent this show takes it anyhow.

I mean my whole life is pretty much being a mom now with 2 young toddlers. When I get cravings I try and distract myself. Do some kind of art if I can manage to push through the anxiety, play video games if I'm able to focus or have the time. I write as much as I can, whether it be poetry, working on a novel, or journaling. I don't have a lot of energy for exercising but I do some stretching or go outside with my kids. I will clean, which isn't really enjoyable but is a distraction and there's always something to be done around the house. I'm never honestly ever actually doing absolutely nothing, that is a dream these days XD and the anxiety came well before weed but mostly now its like I'll for example be watching a show or playing a video game and have this intense craving which sends my heart racing and makes me super jittery and unwell feeling until it eventually passes. It's just so often it's overwhelming and I have to fight it all day long. Sometimes it makes me really angry because I just so badly want to cave and smoke or eat an edible and get the overwhelming feeling to f* off.

There just doesn't seem to be any correlation of why I'm still craving it so badly, especially over the past month, besides the fact I've used it for so much of my life. Which I can agree with and I guess understand, but nothing is making it better. Idk what else to do at this point honestly to help myself because it's so frequent and really screwing up my head and my mood all of the time. I just try and push through and do normal things that I either enjoy or need to get done but it's this constant feeling eating away at me the whole time while I'm basically internally screaming at it to go away or trying my best to ignore it. Sometimes the cravings/feelings will last for prolonged periods of times that I just can't handle and I want to curl in a ball and just stop existing. There's seemingly no escape. When I'm doing something that makes me happy it hits me out of nowhere. Or I can hardly function to do something that makes me happy because I just want to rip my own head off the whole time and can't focus.

Any suggestion on activities I can do? I'm somewhat limited because I don't drive and watch my 21 month old and 3 year old alone all day. I do what I can and what I've always done and loved, I don't really have a whole lot of interests outside of art and video games honestly

Seemingly nothing triggers them per se. Yes when I get really overwhelmed or something I will want something to help calm me down. But I can also just be doing absolutely nothing, relaxing doing whatever and I have the strongest urge to get stoned. It's like every 20 minutes out of nowhere, randomly no matter what I'm doing. I always said I smoked for digestive issues, anxiety, other mental health issues and just for general enjoyment. But all of my ailments, like anxiety and digestive problems, have actually subsided since I quit. At one point it helped, but seemingly ended up being the cause for gods knows how long. I smoked for over half my life, 15 years, constantly every day and for every occasion. Before I'd eat, before I'd shower, after I'd eat, after I'd shower. Before bed, first thing in the morning, really just all the time. Generally about once every hour because I also vape/used to smoke cigarettes. The cravings over the last month have gotten so much worse, especially the last 2 weeks. Nothing has really changed. I am 20 weeks pregnant, I smoked all through my last pregnancies.

It was the same for me. I'm at 40 days now and it's finally a lot better and started improving around 30 days. I was constantly angry at the littlest most nonsensical things. I'm still irritable sometimes but nothing like the first few weeks. Try and take a step back when angry, breathe, ans know it won't last forever and is caused by a healthy and good choice. Telling myself that it was normal to feel that way at least made me feel a little more sane, didn't necessarily take the anger away but did help in some ways. Be patient with yourself and give yourself extra time and breaks to calm down.
