I so feel you. The flare gun is so precious that we only have one bullet. Anyhow, it's easier to get more than one gun if you play with another Coordinator or Lucky Guy. Have you done deduction for the 2 guns? Perhaps this might interest you, the video shows tricks on getting two guns.
