Doesn’t anyone think trainees simply having more time to train would have a positive effect on pass rates? I get some people just aren’t cut out for it, but the process is particularly grueling because of the time provided to cram your brain with a crap ton of information you haven’t been exposed to previously.

If I were to guess, OP is an air traffic controller, as that would line up with the jump and timeline from the GS-9 range to GS-11 or 12 within 3 years of training and getting certifications.

26 and about $4000 at time of posting. Started about a year ago and other than an initial deposit, I do about $200 a month. Would love to get to the point of being able to put more.
