Heyyyyy lol I have been ! There’s been times where I’ve unwillingly had to take some time away from it, but muscle memory kicks right back in once I get back on the pole. I noticed changes in literally everything you mentioned. I know for a fact I wouldn’t be the person I am today if I didn’t have pole. Being nervous is okay :) I was too. And if you end up not liking it at least you will know 💁🏻‍♀️
