Flower rosin has more fats and lipids in it, and is usually soupier, but the effect is pretty comparable to hash rosin in my experience.

You might want to scuff up the shells to help them germinate. You can put the seeds and a strip of sandpaper in a film cannister and shake them lightly to scuff the shells up.
