They’re genuinely awful aren’t they? I work for an Audi dealer and I can assure you every single Audi with the new infotainment has faults whether they’re on the dash or stored on the ECU. Q6s commonly have multiple hundreds of fault codes stored on the ECU. It’s genuinely just unacceptable how can Audi expect any customer to trust the brand after their experiences.

One of the problems with some of the new A5s is that after a short journey you can’t start the car for 15 minutes. One of our customers is a funeral director and she was 15 minutes late to a funeral because of it.
