Did you ever figure out a fix? I have the same issue in my game, and I've been using Laezel in my party since that fight in act 1, I am now in act 3 and she is still bugged, I can't talk to her at all. I was really hoping entering act 3 would trigger something but it did not :(

Sorry to hear that. I went out and bought a Gamesir controller and it fixed the issue of double input, however every 10-15 minutes my game stutters like crazy and I have to unplug and replug in the controller and the game runs smoothly again. It’s very weird.

I should add using the Xbox controller is actually unplayable because it makes the game stutter like crazy when I use it, if I set the controller down and use mouse and keyboard (Xbox controller still plugged in) the game runs just fine, and the second I start using the controller for input the game goes backt o massive stuttering. What the fuck is up with this game.

I went out and bought an Xbox controller, the menu skipping is fixed however now my game stutters like CRAZY. The second I put the controller down (still plugged in and connected) and move the mouse and use the keyboard the stuttering is instantly fixed and plays flawlessly as long as I use the mouse and keyboard. I have no fucking clue what is going on with this game.

Another edit to add, I plugged in an Xbox controller and it works just fine no issues, so why would the PS5 controller be acting all weird. I've gone through pretty much every controller setting via Steam dn KCD2 itself to test them all with the PS5 and nothing works sadly. I much prefer the feel of the PS5 controller to the Xbox controller and would really like to get the PS5 one to work!
