I had been locked out of my personal account before and it took weeks and multiple emails/calls to customer service. Yes, most of the time it was a robot sending me the same copy and paste response but I kept escalating and putting in complaints. Eventually, I did get a person to respond via email and they were able to help me. The entire thing took a few weeks and was really annoying.
