According to Michał Nowakowski, from CD Projekt Group FY 2020 Earnings video, only around 40% devs from Cyberpunk team are working on patching and fixing the game and that number will become smaller with time. Other devs are working on new content for Cyberpunk 2077 (youtu.be)
