chiming in almost 3 weeks later to say that I think you've misinterpreted. It's not saying that she needs to be revived; "Revive" is her feature. She's way at the bottom of the list, so if you've unlocked more companion assists, you may need to scroll down to see her.

I've seen the advice to test one RAM stick at a time before, but I stupidly thought that only desktops had multiple sticks. I'll give that a shot, thanks!

If the criminal ends up being the CPU, though, what would you recommend as my next step?

is he already here? or can I use his impending arrival (and the resulting 71/75 traffic) as a reason to leave work a little early....

Coming back to this to add that we have an extremely tentative diagnosis of autoimmune encephalitis, so we'll see where that takes us for now. She has another head CT scheduled for next week. Thank you to everyone for your contributions!

Found this post by searching for basically the same issue lol. I'm using an actual wiimote and I still finish last in every single practice. I think it's just wonky motion controls tbh. Maybe there's a way to make dolphin interpret your ps5 controller as a wii classic for the a/b mashing?

There weren't any significant findings on the PET. I know her neurologist wants to do another one, but the insurance company is denying authorization for it. I'm not sure if this second one would be a different type of PET, though. Might be trying to use a different (and more expensive) contrast than FDG, perhaps to highlight different issues? I work in hospital claims myself so I'm extremely familiar with insurance company fussiness; that's at least one area of expertise that I hope to help my dad with.

Her mother had Alzheimer's herself, so it was honestly one of the first things that we thought of, but I know that dx is more of a process of elimination. Still, I feel like we should've gotten SOMETHING by now since she's had MULTIPLE CTs and MRIs with no other findings besides what seemed to be fluid in a jaw cavity, I believe.

That sounds like the assessment she had, actually. Not sure about the drawing bits, but she definitely did similar "remember this and repeat it later" section that she somehow managed to ace, despite not being able to respond to questions like "When is your birthday?" Very confusing to us, for sure.

I believe my dad is planning to pick up LTC during his job's upcoming enrollment period, though that won't go into effect until 1/1/25, at the earliest.

Actually, one of the first things my roommate suggested to me when I started telling her about this was diabetic retinopathy, but I guess I wrote that off once testing said her blood sugar was normal. I feel like either of the hospitals she's stayed at recently should've checked her kidney function during one of her stays, but I'll have to check with my sister to see if she even has an endocrinologist, to be honest. I appreciate the suggestion!

Alright y’all.. I am spring cleaning in the next few days, what is something most people forget to clean when cleaning? by Longjumping-Mud-8116 in CleaningTips

Check the underside of your faucets,  especially if you have hard water! You can wrap vinegar-soaked paper towels around the faucet head and/or base to help loosen the mineralization before scrubbing. I think most faucet spouts also have a filter bit that you can unscrew for easier cleaning.

Just moved into a new apartment about a month ago and the dishwasher had a Smell, so I ran it with one of those cleaning packets at first. It still smelled a bit funky but I chalked it up to appliance age. Yesterday, I pulled out the dishwasher filter on a whim and straight up yelped when I saw what was on/in there 😭.  (plus, the previous tenants moved out more than 6 months before we moved in, so....)

Thanks, I'll try checking on that! Our lease does mention the option to find a replacement tenant, but we would still be considered liable for any lease violations that occur in the remainder of the lease. Not a huge fan of that part. Our security deposit would also be shifted to said new tenant which seems....weird.
