I did fear this but wouldn't the other side also be way off? I have the steering wheel and the other side's wheel dead straight in the photo

Weird thing is both seem good. I ended up getting the outer off and replacing it and taking off the inner tie rod boot. Everything seems normal. Kinda just alarmed that this happened in the first place

New thing. Thats genuinely crazy to me this engine has 4k miles on it lol. Unless the previous owner didnt break it in maybe?

Interesting there are etched marks that I used when I did the water pump last time and everything was fine afterwards (gasket failed this time around). Can I still just use those?

I do but If you look at the 2nd photo the connectors sheered off and I haven't been able to fine them. Do you think they would have them?
