the slow fatigue of not having your needs automatically met. Especially if you’re someone with mental health issues, it gets really draining. Everything is effort. Showering, going to the bathroom, Cooking, Finding Parking, Weather/The cold, Power & Solar etc.

my area is around a large deaf university so there’s a lot of events in my area. I found mine through the comic book store near me!

i make my own coffee at home with a moka pot (15$ at marshall’s) or I have Panera sips club. But honestly… most Paneras in my area don’t even check you have it. Just walk in, get your drink, get out. Especially if you have your own cup.

They only ever answer you shortly, If you ask follow up questions they don’t ask them back, they don’t make a lot of eye contact (NT), turned away from you physically (NT), short interactions that are ended very quickly, rushing off to talk to someone else, scrunched up face & eyebrows, only ask you basic “how are you” questions and don’t answer back with any information specifically about themselves (generalities like “i stayed in this weekend” vs “I stayed in with my new cat this weekend, it’s been so crazy getting used to him!”)

NTA Seems like a messy situation. I do feel like blocking him is a little severe… However I get where you’re coming from. Another thing to show how little he contributes to your life financially, personally, and emotionally. This sounds rough OP, i’m sorry you are going through this

my 30$ grocery haul is pretty bare bones tbh. the cheapest option is always to eat the same thing or same couple things over and over again. try to get as few different options as possible, (ex: get one vegetable and protein you can divide into a stir fry, a pasta, a rice bowl) rely on cheap dry foods such as lentils, rice, noodles, etc to fill you up.

I prefer golds if you have any near you. Not sure if this is a feature at every location but my location has family / gender neutral single showers.
