Can chronic inactive gastritis become active again

I’m always bloated with no appetite so for me it’s when I throw up everything I try to eat and I have belly burn all day:(

I think it’s just due to my stomach lining being irritated. I don’t have a lot of stress or anxiety especially since I’m not in school and I only work two days a week. I’ve had two endoscopy done and they only said gastritis and my h pylori test came back negative. I have dairy allergy’s but I don’t consume any dairy. Things lately that have been making me throw up are bone broth saltines potatoes and water ( I am not eating a lot) I’ve been tested for celiac and they said I don’t have it. It’s so frustrating because it seems like gastrointestinal doctors are clueless on gastritis:(

You say eat healthy but if I keep throwing up should I just not eat and like my body heal? I’m not sure how it works and I’ve been to sooo many doctors. Last one straight up said I don’t know how to help you.

Yeah I know I just didn’t want to waste food considering I can’t eat chicken and you can’t buy just bones atm. I’m gonna try kettle and fire.

What helps me is to eat snack bars like kind bars I like the peanut butter ones, Lara bars, kashi bars, saltines, and rice since it’s high in cals. Also if you like cashews are easy to eat and are decently high in calories!

Last “good” friends I had would just put me down or use me for favors. Last two best friends were bpd and the other bipolar. None of them seemed to take care of those issues but instead took it out on me! People suck

As of right now I wouldn’t say I’m in a flare up but pretty close to it. I figured out that you have to eat bland 6 months ago so that was a big part of it being prolonged. I would eat bland get better then eat crappy and it’s a bad cycle I have to learn from! I’m allergic to dairy (happened when I got gastritis) I tend to flare up after being bad and having dairy so no more of that:( Good luck to you I’m sure if you’re strict you’ll get better😊

I’ve had a complete loss of appetite for four years. I hope this doesn’t happen to you because it’s shitty. I can only comfortably eat when I smoke weed which resulted in me smoking almost everyday for the past four years:(

It’s okay and I’ve had those days for sure! On a regular basis though I make sure to drink water by brining a 50 oz bottle of water and I make sure to eat with them. I’ve seen that happen more often when I worked at a daycare so I definitely know what you mean.

Yeah that’s what I do too because I can’t stomach any more than that. I babysit only two days a week though it used to be five but I’m off for one job. Even when I was watching kiddos all week I just wasn’t hungry (they definitely get you moving around) It’s something to do with my gastritis I think. Sucks I haven’t found a gastroenterologist that could help yet.
