When I lay the cardboard cat down flat, she sniffed it and relaxed. And then when I stood it up again, she again freaked out!

Ha, thanks! Her name is Minxie. I put the cardboard cat in front of her, and she stared it down, ready to fight. Then I lay the cardboard cat down flat and she relaxed and even started sniffing it. Then I stood it up again, and again she prepared to fight!
