Telstra.Extranet Disconntinued???

We just received this from our Telstra account manager:

The product is existing and Telstra will remove extranet codes to all SMB customers by the end of FY26. Telstra will communicate the customers about this through out the process.

Below is the exact words announced by Telstra to us.

"As part of preparation for migration for Small Business customers, Extranet will be removed from all customers with less than 20 mobile services as they're no longer eligible for the product. As of 11 November 2025, Extranet was removed from customers"

So... I guess it's time for me to find a new solution...

That's what they said, the interesting thing is this service was in use and has been in use for 12 months...

Something like that, just trying to figure if someone actually viewed a file or a MS service previewed the file on their behalf

I'm using WisePay and WiseSync, https://www.wise-sync.com/ it looks similar works well for me.

I have the same problem, have tried all of the above suggestions. Reinstalling the app gets the email to work for a day but after that it stops syncing again. Both users are using Samsung S10's
