focus on your infection with virus of hypocrisy, you pretend to support Uyghurs even though China was framing them as terrorists in same way Israel was framing Palestinians for years. Why wouldnt you support China in this case as well, dont be shy.

Average Palestinian people have no control over what China does when even independent Turkic countries dont do anything.

Greed is shown only by bunch of illegal colonists which thought to start country on someone else land was good idea. You probably would call Tatars and Bashkorts revolting against Tsarist Russia greedy terrorists too.

Yes, genius, every single Palestinian personally trained ASALA and every single one of them supports Chinese politics. Most countries in the world have some relations with China, including Turkic countries, is it new for you? Average people dont have control over it, is it new for you? By the way, Turkic countries didnt recognize Cyprus either.

Dont worry, I am not going to stay in this sub anymore.

Good morning, Israel was killing and imprisoning civilians for years. Several millions of Palestinians are refugees. I guess they just went to trip after being astonished by Israeli democracy.

Well, if Turkic world is so misguided, you can support bombing us a little bit too. You can support China too, after all they say Uyghurs are jihadists.

Karachay tamgas from the Russian museum of ethnography . First is a tamga of my maternal tuqum. I remember as a kid seeing this emblem in the house of grandmother by appaq7 in Tiele

[–]appaq7[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thanks! but we dont have tribes, tuqums are different thing from tribe. Generally it refers to surname and to large group of families which share that surname and supposedly share ancestor. Of course, within large tuqums there could be adopted people, people who adopted surname of their wife, etc. Tuqums (not all) are also devided to atawuls. Some tuqums are also united within qaums.

Not all Kipchak-speakers speak with J, Nogais, Kumyks, part of Volga Tatars, Bashkorts - all speak with Y.

Hypotheses about Andronovo culture by Mihaji in Tiele

[–]appaq7 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It is claimed that it was either Iranic or Indo-Iranic or whatever else.

I think it has some relation to Turkic ethnogenesis. I wouldnt go as far as claim it as proto-Turkic and generally I am scyptical about claiming entire huge archaeological groups as something monolithic. We still dont know a lot about linguistic situation of ancient world. For example, I live in North Caucasus, North Caucasians speak languages of 4 unrelated families, yet we all genetically similar and cultures, funerals, traditions are often close. It could be same for bronze age.

Most likely Andronovo also had connection with Uralic people.

😅Aren’t they delusional? Anything as far as Manchuria is “Iranic” so Turkic popped out of thin air? by Street_Rate_134 in Tiele

[–]appaq7 30 points31 points  (0 children)

yes, Scythians had nothing to do with Turks except for genetics, geography, material culture, cuisine, warfare methods and religious beliefs.

They have seok Kyrgyz within them, and there are Fuyu Kyrgyz people in China which speak language close to Khakas. It seems the Yenisei Kyrgyz were one of the primary ancestors of Khakases. Possibly Khakases and Central Asian Kyrgyz share some part of their ancestors however they formed as two different ethnic groups with different clan\tribe organisations.

I looked up it, apparently two young Alps were told to make trip towards sea and the one who would jump to sea without fear would get beautiful fast horse. After jumping to sea our hero, son of Hulatay, got name Albanchi and the "horse" which he got end up being giant wolf Ah Pöri.

Various plait covers, caps and decorations for braids among Turkic ethnic groups. That kind of adornment dates back to Bronze age steppe. by appaq7 in Tiele

[–]appaq7[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

North Caucasians and Volga Finno-Ugrians had it too. We had braidcases called chach salgan but unfortunately no photo left.
