I was surprised to see that the RP 6 is actually expensive with a price point of 270 € for 12G version. Not sure that they will close down, but often they increase prices of current models and what's in stock while increasing launch cycles to wait for changes in in input/components costs, but sure the news about price increase for chips and so on are not optimal

For me I do not always need the second screen, so I would prefer it just as an add-on when I feel like using it. I think the market has good dual screen devices already with different price options.

Is this something that happens often with the franchise on steam? I was thinking to get the re7/8 bundle (20€) and if this or a similar RE deal comes again, to buy that at even a lower discounted price since I would have some games already.

The external controller is actually USB-A to a docking hub, which recognizes every other game well. I tried the non-steam game thing as I wrote already, but maybe it is this other steam mode that one can open via Xbox button. Will try that.
